Why Should You Consider Clean Eating?

We’ve  heard it over and over again, “You are what you eat”.  I’ve been asked by many people why I started this “clean eating” blog.  I can’t help but believe that eating things that are “man-made” (i.e. additives and preservatives) are simply NOT GOOD for us.

The reason I started this site is to share information that I learn along the way and to share easy to prepare “clean eating recipes” to help you transition to a clean eating lifestyle.

Just today, I found this article on Self.com that further supports my belief.
