Clean Eating Curried Cabbage & Beef

A very quick and light meal.

Ingredients

1 head cabbage
1 pound ground beef or ground venison
1 cup water
1 teaspoon curry
2 tablespoons minced onion
1 clove garlic crushed and minced
1 teaspoon cumin
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

In a large frying pan or wok sauté cabbage with a little water (vegetable or chicken broth may be substituted) and liquid ingredients.  Add ground beef or venison and brown.   Add spices
and cook until cabbage is tender adding water as necessary.

Serve over brown rice.
