And just in time for St. Patrick’s Day!! Clean Eating Guinness Beef Stew!!
Ingredients
1 1/2 pound stew meat
2 cloves of garlic
1/4 cup gluten free flour
pepper to taste
4 cup beef stock
1 cup Guinness
1 cup red wine
2 cup water
3 carrots diced
1 1/2 pound red potatoes diced
1 onion large, diced
2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon dried thyme
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
2 tablespoon tomato paste
salt to taste
Instructions
Cut meat into small chunks and dredge in flour and pepper. Brown meat in a skillet with oil and garlic. Combine remaining ingredients in a large pot and cook on low heat for 3 hours.
