Clean Eating Edamame Asian Salad

Absolutely DELICIOUS and refreshing!!!

Ingredients

1 16oz bag of frozen shelled soybeans
1 bag of slaw mix
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 scallion, sliced
red hot pepper flakes to taste
parsley to taste
1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon ponzu sauce
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon fresh ginger

Instructions

Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine the remaining ingredients in another bowl. Combine the two and mix well. Serve within a few hours.
