Last night I wanted to cook something good and healthy in rapid time. These were the ingredients I had on hand and whipped this up in about 10 minutes.
It was delicious!!
Ingredients
1.5 pounds venison, sliced into thin strips
1 pound spinach
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 medium onion, diced
8 ounce sliced mushrooms
1 tablespoon sambal oelek
3 tablepoons Braggs liquid amino acid
Instructions
Heat olive oil in wok with garlic and onions until onions are translucent. Add the venison and cook until no longer pink. Add remaining ingredients and cook until spinach is thoroughly cooked.
Serve over brown rice.
Servings: 4
