Enjoy this Clean Eating Curried Split Pea and Ham Soup. There is nothing better in the fall and winter than a good hearty soup to warm you up. I happen to love split pea soup but traditional recipes are a bit bland for my liking. One day I added a healthy tablespoon of curry to my existing recipe and it completely transformed my split pea soup experience. 🙂
As an extra added bonus of loving split pea soup, I know that I am eating a very healthy meal. Split peas can help regulate your blood sugar, lower your cholesterol and are loaded with fiber!!
