One of my favorite “go to” clean eating snacks.
Ingredients
1 package sugar substitute – stevia
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 1/2 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon sea salt
1/2 tablespoon black pepper
1/2 tablespoon dry mustard
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
4 cup nuts (almond, pecan, or a mix of both)
Instructions
Toast the nuts in 350 degree oven for 5 minutes.
Place in a bowl and toss with the spices and the vinegar until well coated.
Place on a cookie sheet and place in the oven to toast for another 5 minutes.
Watch closes as the nuts can burn quickly.
Cool, label and store.
Yields: 16 Servings
