My husband and I love Chinese food but most of the time it’s laden with MSG and who knows what else. Whenever I get a craving for Sesame Chicken I whip up this yummy dish, a Clean Eating Sesame Chicken!
2 cups broccoli florets
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts cubed
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 scallions, white and green parts separated thinly sliced
1 garlic clove minced
3 tablespoons Braggs amino acid
1 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons sesame seeds (black or regular)
Cornstarch (if needed)
Instructions
In a large wok add sesame oil and chicken in an even layer. Cook until golden brown.
Add broccoli, scallions, garlic, Braggs, and hone and cook until desired tenderness of broccoli is reached.
Serve over brown or white rice.
If you need to thicken up the dish add cornstarch until desired thickness is reached.
Yields: 4 Servings
Enjoy!
