Take about 5 minutes and throw all these items together in a crock pot and be prepared for the house to smell wonderful in a couple of hours. If you do not like things extra spicy like we do simply omit the habanero!
Ingredients
2 pounds boneless pot roast, beef arm
3 potatoes cubed
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 medium onion, sliced
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 tablespoon chili paste
2 stalks celery, sliced
8 baby carrots
1 can (16 oz) tomatoes, diced
1 habanero pepper, diced*
Instructions
Trim all excess fat from roast. Place potatoes, onion, celery and carrots in bottom of crockpot. Make a smooth paste of mustard, chili sauce, worcestershire sauce, vinegar and habanero. Spread over top of roast.
Place roast im crockpot on top of potatoes, onions, celery and carrots. Cover and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours or on high for 5 to 6 hours.
*If you are not a fan of something this spicy you can simply omit or reduce the amount of habanero.
