Clean Eating Orzo Salad

Ingredients

2 cup Orzo
2 tablespoon Olive oil
1 teaspoon Sea salt
1 teaspoon Black pepper
1 medium Onion diced
2 tablespoon Sun-dried tomatoes
1 tablespoon garlic minced
3 Basil leaves

Instructions

Set cooked orzo aside.

In a small blender, (I use the Ninja pictured below) put the remaining ingredients in the blender and blend well.

Pour mixture over the orzo and mix well.

Chill for an hour and then serve.
