I was never a big fan of guacamole, I’m not sure why but over the years I acquired a taste for it and given the health benefits of the avocado I’m glad I did. Here’s my recipe for Clean Eating Guacamole.
Ingredients
3 ripe avocados pitted and smashed
1 Roma tomatoes, diced
1/2 medium red onion, diced
2 serrano pepper, minced
1 tablespoon garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons cilantro, fresh
1 tablespoon key lime juice
1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
hop everything finely and mix together in a large bowl. Cover and let sit in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours. Serve with tortilla chips.
Yields: 5 Servings
