I’m always looking for good clean eating chicken recipes. This clean eating orange grilled chicken hit the spot.
Ingredients
Juice from one large orange
1 tsp red crushed pepper flakes
3 tsp balsamic vinegar
3 tsp molasses
3 tsp Dijon mustard
4 4 ounce boneless, skinless chicken breasts, trimmed of fat
Sea salt to taste
Instructions
Preheat a grill or put your oven on broil.
In a small bowl whisk together the orange juice, red crushed pepper flakes, mustard, molasses and vinegar until well combined.
Drip olive oil onto a cloth and oil your grill rack by holding it with tongs and rubbing the cloth on the grill.
Season your chicken breasts with a little salt on both sides and place on your preheated grill.
Grill chicken for about 3 minutes and then brush chicken with glaze and turn them over. Grill for about 4 minutes and brush with glaze. Turn the chicken again and brush the breasts with the glaze and grill for another 2 minutes. Turn once more, brush with glaze and grill until the center is no longer pink.
