This is Clean Eating Greek Slaw, a nice tangy slaw with a Greek flare. Easy to make and tastes delicious.
Ingredients
16 ounces coleslaw mix
1 medium red onion, sliced
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
1/4 cup olive oil
3/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
In a large bowl combine the bag of slaw mix with a sliced red onion.
Chop the olives and add the olives and feta cheese to the slaw mix.
Mix the olive oil, red wine vinegar garlic salt, and garlic powder. Pour the mixture over the top of the slaw and onion mixture.
Toss and coat evenly. Let slaw marinade in the fridge for a couple of hours.
Servings: 4
