Another one of my favorite meals to order at PF Chang’s is the Ginger Chicken. This is my recipe for a Clean Eating Ginger Chicken.
Ingredients
Chicken:
1 teaspoon Asian sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
1 teaspoon minced garlic
Stir-Fry Sauce:
3 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup Braggs
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon chili sauce
1/4 cup cornstarch
2 tablespoons minced peeled fresh ginger
2 tablespoons minced green onion
8 ounces broccoli florets
Instructions
Combine the ingredients for the stir-fry sauce and set aside.
In a wok brown the chicken with the oil, salt, pepper & garlic.
Mix the chicken broth, Braggs, rice wine vinegar, chili sauce & cornstarch. Make sure to mix well. Pour this mixture over the chicken and boil until the sauce thickens.
Steam the broccoli.
Add the ginger and green onion to the chicken stir fry mix and cook for about 10 more minutes.
Serve the stir fry over rice, garnished with the broccoli.
Servings: 4
