This is my version of Clean Eating Fried Jasmine Rice. Cleaning out the refrigerator this morning I discovered some leftover Jasmine rice (my favorite kind rice) I had forgotten about. When I got hungry today I remembered the rice and whipped up this tasty little snack.
Ingredients
2 cups Jasmine rice, cooked
1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
2 green onions, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoon ginger, minced
2 medium eggs, beaten
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup frozen peas
2 teaspoons red crushed peppers
2 teaspoons Braggs amino acid
Instructions
Heat oil in a large skillet or wok.
Add egg and scramble until cooked.
Add garlic, peas, green onion, ginger and red crushed peppers.
Stir-fry 2 minutes.
Add Soft Jasmine Rice and stir-fry until hot, about 5 minutes.
Serve and season with Braggs.
Note: When making fried rice, it is always best to use leftover or day old rice to avoid a sticky mess.
Servings: 4
Enjoy!!
