Clean Eating Egg, Ham & Mushroom Scramble

Studies have shown that people who wake up every morning and eat breakfast weigh less than those who consistently start their day without proper fuel for their bodies. If you want to lose weight then you must get into a proper routine. I recommend that as soon as you wake up start the day with a glass of water, and then eat a nutritious clean eating breakfast before heading out the door.

Here is one of my favorite simple, clean eating breakfasts!!

2 eggs
1 tablespoon milk
1 ounce ham, diced
1 ounce raw spinach
1/5 ounce Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon garlic, minced

Instructions

Spray skillet with olive oil.  Mix ingredients in a small bowl and scramble until done to your liking.

Servings: 1
