A light and refreshing recipe for chicken breasts.
6 Chicken breast
4 cloves Garlic minced
1 small Onion diced
1 cup Cilantro
1 tablespoon Braggs amino acid
1 teaspoon Black pepper
1/4 cup Lime juice
Instructions
Place one chicken breast between parchment paper sheets or on plastic wrap.
With meat pounder or rolling pin, flatten chicken to be about 1/2-inch thick.
Place chicken in large plastic bag. Repeat with remaining chicken breasts.
Using a blender, finely chop garlic, onions and cilantro.
Blend in lime juice, Braggs and pepper.
Pour sauce over chicken. Refrigerate for 1-4 hours.
Cover with foil and cook at 400 degrees for 35 minutes.
Yields: 6 Servings

What if you don’t add the amino acid. I don’t have it on hand.
You can use a soy sauce. Amino acid tastes just like soy suace. If you are trying to keep the recipe clean though make sure it’s organic.
