Clean Eating Chili Pork Chops — some people do not consider pork as part of a “clean eating” diet, I am not one of those people. 🙂
Ingredients
1 pound (1-inch) loin chops (4 chops)
1/2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon garlic salt
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon cilantro, dried
Instructions
Spray each pork chop with olive oil.
Sprinkle the remaining ingredients on each pork chop.
Turn over and do the same to the other side.
Cover and let sit for about an hour.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
Servings: 4
