What’s better on a cold winter day than a yummy Pot Roast? I throw this into the crockpot in the morning and it makes the house smell delicious all day long. Then come dinner time Viola we have a wonderful, warm meal. Here’s one of my favorite clean eating beef pot roast recipes!!
Ingredients
1 3/4 pounds rump or chuck roast
1 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper
4 medium red potatoes quartered
20 baby carrots
1 medium onions halved
3 stalks celery diced
1 cup water
1 tablespoon rosemary dried
2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 can (16 oz) tomato diced
4 cloves garlic minced
Instructions
Sprinkle roast with pepper. Place half of vegetables in bottom of crock, top with roast, then add remaining vegetables, spices and liquid.
Cover and cook on high for 6 hours.
Yields: 4 Servings
